Refund policy

5% OF ALL SALES GOES BACK TO HELPING THE ANIMALS

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
